AQUACULTURE SYSTEMS

Oceans Designs specializes in aquaculture systems for commercial scale hatcheries and grow out facilities. A hatcheries success will be defined by it's ability to produce a high quality product at a competitive cost. Every system within a facility must operate flawlessly and at the highest efficiency possible. Any breakdown in one system can make the difference between profitability and bankruptcy. BROOD STOCK SYSTEMS- Many configurations available from air lift to pump driven, incorporate integrated EZ TRAP egg collectors, fiberglass covers, photo period control systems, and heating and cooling systems to provide 100% control and year round eggs.
JUVENILE SYSTEMS- Both marine and fresh water systems available as flow through or recirculating. All systems are custom designed to meet the specific needs of our clients and the species cultured.
LIVE FEEDS SYSTEMS-Both recirculating and batch culture systems available. All our live feeds systems are designed to maximize efficiency and productivity. Our EZ HARVEST systems make rinsing and harvesting rotifers a simple and efficient operation.
LARVAL SYSTEMS- Available as flow through or recirculating. Our larval systems produce high survival rates using high disinfection rates and solids removal down to 1-5 microns depending on species. Our self cleaning cleaning tanks maximize efficiency and productivity by making routine cleaning fast and easy while decreasing bacterial loading in culture tanks.
